Motor Bike Accident, Headaches, Cold, Severe Pain. Suffering From Typhoid?

Hello Doctors! My brother had motorbike accident 7 months ago. Thru God s grace he was recovered and doing fine now after almost a week in ICU . Right now he is suffering from too much pain/ headaches at the same time colds symptoms. Please give me advice what to do so we can have ideas before we go before see a doctor. Or is he having a typhoid fever?

thank god your brother is saved.
see there might be a possibility of an infected foci remaining in any of the wounded sites leading on to fever with chills..
Go to a doctor as your brother needs a thorough check up and proper antibiotic treatment...
this can especially happen with open fractures etc...
typhoid is unlikely...
