Missed Feeling During Ejaculation And Urination. What Could Be The Reason?
Hi, I am a nearly 30 year old male and I have not been able to feel when I ejaculate or urinate for over two years now. I can feel the build up to just before climax but nothing after. Also when I am bursting for the toilet and then go I do not feel any relief / pleasure anymore like I use to.

Thanks for trusting HCM panel .I would have told my patient to permit a detail psychological evaluation on him as all these may be manifestation of depression which is treatable and he may enjoy pleasurable activities after recovery
