How To Treat Frequent Urination, Premature Ejaculation And Shrinking Penis?

Frequent urination, shrink penis and premature ejaculation.... Pls doc am really suffering from the above, due to the frequent urination I can t sleep well at night because i have wake and urinate every 5 to 10 minutes , secondly due to premature ejaculation I don t enjoy having sex anymore. Pls what should i do?????

i would like to know your age before proceeding further.
i would advise you an ultrasound abdomen and a complete urine examination to rule out a few conditions.
the further management depends on the reports of these.
premature ejaculation can be due to multiple factors like age,stress,alcohol,smoking
i would suggest you to have a balance healthy diet with daily physical activity for general well being which would help you during intercourse.
