Mild Arthritis, Varicose Veins, Wave Of Shivers, Had Goosebumps. Taking Vitamin D Tablets. What Is Going On?

I'm 39 healthy and active do a lot of workouts, I have mild arthiritus and varicose veins . For the past few years my left side has goosebumps and I feel a wave of shivers down my side more in the cold weather and the side of my face is slightly inflamed its been like that for a long time ,, I'm taking vitamin d tablets,,,
