Menstrual Cycle Of 23-24 Days. Ways To Regularise With Physical Acivity?

hi..i always had a menstrual cycle of 30-40 days with a 6 days duration of flow.but the last two cycles have suddenly been of 23-24 days..i hereby do like to mention that for a few weeks,i have been on a morning walk regime..though not necessarily everyday..how to regularise my cycle?does physical activity have anything to do with it?
