Mass Present In The Pregnancy Scan. Biopreg Prescribed. Worried

My pregnancy test has come out weakly positive. There is mass shown in my scan report. Doctor suspected that i would be pregnant and got my pregnency test done. This test shows that it is weakly positive. And she has advised me to take Biopreg tablets. I am puzzeled, i don't know why that mass is present in my scan report, Am i pregnant, does it show within this small duration, of 15 days of no periods ?

You need to attach the exact ultrasound report, for me to help you better.
A mass is a very vague term and can mean a lot of things.
Weakly positive pregnancy test with mass in the scan could hint at an ectopic pregnancy.
ALso very early intrauterine pregnancy with corpus luteum could show up this way.
Within 15 days of no periods, a pregnancy can definitely be detected by urine test and by ultrasound.
