Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

Normal menstrual flow ranges between 2 to 7 days and it is common and normal for some women to observe an occasional change in the normal of days of menstrual flow but then that is within the normal range of days of flow. What is really alarming and that makes the alteration in your menses from 4 to 7 days is the fact that you have post coital bleeding ( bleeding after intercourse).

Post coital bleeding can be caused by diverse entities depending on age group of the female. In young people, the most common causes are due to infections or trauma created during intercourse. On the extreme end, post coital bleeding in young females could be as a result of cancer or tumors in the genital tract.

I thus recommend that you meet a gynecologist for detail examination including speculum examination and for some lab tests.

Hope this helps you
Best regards
