MRI Showed Cerebral Atrophy, Ischemic Changes In White Matter Of Fronto Parietal Lobes, Occulsion Of Internal Carotid Artery. Explain

My Father is 76 years old.Recemt MRI scan report is attached below .Pl tell me what report says & what treatment to taken for cure.

1.age related cerebral and cerebellar atrophy

2.old infarct seen in left frontal & left parietal lobe

3.small vessel ischaemic changes visualized in the white matter of fronto parietal lobes on both sides

4.prominent VR Space seen in both basal ganglia region

5.No e/o acute infarct /haemorrhage.

6.complete occlusion of left internal carotid artery with collateral flow in left middle cerebral artery system

Age related cerebral changes are irreversible.it can not be cured.For ichemic disease, consult cardiovascular specialist.
