MRI Saying Paracentral Disc Herniation Effecting The Ventral Sac, Annular Tear Tissue. Further?

i have an mri that reads L5-S1 --There is a small paracentral disc herniation mildly effecting the ventral sac. This does not impinge an existing nerve root . There is a small left paracentral annular tear fissure . There is no central or neural forminal narrowing. There are bilateral facet degeneritive changes. Abnormal aorta is normal in caliber

see all MRI finding are is not pathological,there are some defect which are due to wear and tear ,which can be controlled by doing physiotherapy to increase the strenth of spinal ,hip and thigh muscle. And currect your posture of sitting and standing.
