Lump In The Earlobe, Tried To Prick And Drain It, Still Persists. Solution?

i have a lump in my ear lobe for about 2 years iv read that you can drain them so i have taken a throwing dart just to describe the size heated it red hot and dipped it in alchaoul and punctured the lump 3 times and no puss came out only blood it swole up for a lil over a week and back to it original state what could this be

thanks for your query at HCM
blood from swelling could be due to hematoma, it means local collection of blood due to repeated trauma in that area.
there is no need to drain , it will resolve on its own.
drainage is needed only if there is pus discharge or cosmotic purpose, if so visit surgeon for proper drainage of the collection this time
