Low Grade Fever After Bilateral Knee Transplantation. Reasons ?

my mother has undergone bilateral knee transplantation 20 days back .she is having good progress. their is no signs of local inflammationlike redness tenderness or any discharge .she is not having any pain and her movements like knee bending ang walking are ok. her sutures have been removed 6 days back. but she is haviv-ng very low gradew fever for last 34 days.like it varies from 98.6 to 99.4 maximumit is not coontinous what sh i do.

just do a complete blood count which will show presence of any ongoing infection which causes mild fever.
