Hello farylamine,

Welcome to the forum. Piles or hemorrhoids refers to a condition when the anal veins become inflamed and painful. They are a cause of much discomfort when the the hemorrhoid clumps or tissues get engorged with blood. The patients suffer from blood loss and hence generalized weakness.

Chronic hemorrhoids need not only medical but also surgical treatment. You should be examined by a general physician or a surgeon so that your clinical condition is well assessed to start on with the treatment. You need to have blood tests, per rectal examination and few more investigations depending upon your condition and diagnosis.

You need antibiotics, dietary supplements, bisacodyle tablets may be a great help. ( alert your doctor with any food or drug allergy, give a proper past history ) Eat fiber rich diet, take plenty of water to keep your bowels clean. A warm switz bath can accelerate your recovery. Keep the switz bath clean else it will be a source of infection.

Low blood pressure, headache, hair fall all indicative of low general health. Eat a well balanced, substantial diet to stay fit. Eat a lot of green veggies, fruits, berries, cereals, eggs, meat , dairy products. Keep well hydrated.
Enjoy good health take care.
