Lost Balance, Could Not Walk. Blood Pressure 106/64 On One Arm And The Other Was 108/ 67. What Could Have Happened?

my 72 yearold neighbor had been to a concert tonight and had 2- 12 oz cans of beer with a hotdog and french fries during the concert. after concert was over he went to the bus stop for his ride home-after getting off the bus he had only walked 1 city block and could hardly make it but slowly went on towards his home. another neighbor knocked on my door knowing i was the one he would call if he needs help. i went outside and he was draped over some mailboxes and could not walk. so we help him home-and he sat on the front porch trying to get his balance which was really off and his gate or cadence was also not correct for him. after getting him into his house i checked his blood pressure and it was 106/64 on one arm and the other was 108/ 67-close but not exact. what happened

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it is the postural hypotension, due to starvation or exertion due to long walk. He needs to be treated for hypotension by infusions, and supporting drugs.
So i advise him to attend the physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
