Long Lasting Dizziness, Vomiting, Nausea Reduced When Lying Down. No Stomach, Ear Pain. Suggestions?

hello i am experiencing dizziness,vomiting and some nausea. the dizziness has out lasted the vomiting and i do not have stomach pains on ear pain. no shortness of breath or pains any where just the dizziness has lasted a whole day.when i lay down i feel ok when i get up i am dizzy but it feels as if it goes aways but when i lay down i feel it again

May be due to anemia .
Vertigo.
