Liquid During Bowel Movement, Doing Masturbation, Night Fall, Penis Becoming Erect Seeing Women. Advice?

i am 27 year old when i go for loo everyday i could see some liquid.past 9 years i use to do masturbation.my weight is 52kgs..i m thin and i want to become fat and everyday i will go to gym..eventhough i am not becoming fat..i am worried about my health.. m not able to stop masturbation and sometimes in night sperms will comeout without masturbation.sometimes when i see woman my pennis will erect..its an embarrassing situation in front of public..kindly advise

It is normal that some liquid may come out of penis during defecation.

It may be due to straining or accumulation of semen.If you have constipation then take lot of fibres and treat constipation.You should regularly ejaculate semen as you are doing.

Weight of person depends upon many things like genetics,hormonal status,diet etc.You should not be so much concerned about this.In fact excess weight has many complications.

Don’t do excessive masturbation.
Night fall is also normal.It is also due to accumulation of semen.

You should concentrate in your job.You can try yoga and meditation.

Try to avoid provocative literature videos and literature.
