The symptoms you mention and much more are non specific and not sufficient to diagnose pregnancy
. Also using pills or delayed menstruation
may cause the same symptoms.
To diagnose pregnancy you should first miss your period then confirm by a blood test
, followed by ultrasound examination at the proper time.
My advice is to have a blood test after missing your period and if positive, have a transvaginal ultrasound
done to diagnose or exclude pregnancy.
If these symptoms persisit I recommend visiting an internist.
