Light Pink Bleeding After Having Hysterectomy For Adenomyosis. Difficulty In Ultrasound As Holding Full Bladder Is Not Possible. Suggest

Yes I have pink/light vaginal bleeding after having a hysterectomy 5 years ago. I have both ovaries and fallopian tubes but no womb, cervix. I had adenomyosis, (excuse spelling), hence the hysterectomy. I am 54 years old. I didn't want to go to the doctor if I didn't need to and ultrasounds are difficult as I can't hold a full bladder.

HI DEAR,
Any amount of bleeding(even pinkish discharge) in a 54 years lady with h/o hysterectomy has to be investigated fully for the cause.
It can be as benign as vaginal atrophy since you are senile also having difficulty in holding urine also or it may be as grave as cancer of the remaining ovary and fallopion tubes.
Kindly go to your gynae and get fully examined and investigated including pap smear.
If you are not able to hold urine for usg than at least get a TVS scan
Dont worry, go ahead
