Light Flow With Occasional Mild Cramps After Periods. Usually Have Regular Periods. Cause?

Hello, I am 37 year old woman that has had regualr periods for most of my life. Just recently my period came on and went off as scheduled. Then about a week later I started having a light flow with mild cramps at times. I have no other pain, or symptoms as i would if my period is starting over. What do you think this could be?

Hello mam most probably you entering your perimenopausal period. These cycles will eventually wane away and you will Start with menopause. Just take care you don't get excessive periods in amount and number. Wish you all the best
