Light Bleeding, Severe Cramps, Back Pain, Not On Periods Due. Had Missed BCP For Couple Of Days. Cause?

I had light brown discharge for a few days now I have light bleeding and horrible cramps and back pain but I don't know if its my period and it should be too soon to get my period. I missed a couple days of BCP so I took two this morning. Not sure if that is it? Or if I am getting my period early even though I just started taking bc again and am on like week 2 or so only.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

There is possibility of withdrawal bleeding due to missing the birth control pills.
You should take the tablets regularly at same time to avoid this inconvenience.
You have to use some additional method of contraception for one week.
And continue the bcp as per the schedule.
If the bleeding persists better to consult gynecologist once and take tablets to control the bleeding.
