I suffered a paralytic attack i july 2004 Today almost after nine years I am90%fit i can do almost everything Olly one thing has remained I do not have sufficient power in my left leg and left hand I also have some difficulty in speaking fluently I will be very grateful if you provide me the required informationMy e-mail address is madhukardole. From the past history its look that you have stroke which cause you paralytic attack. Thats good that you have retain your 90% fitness. For the remaining i would like to advice you to do good physiotherapy exercise for your limb and face.
Also take some multivitamin tablets which help for nutrition.

with your hardwork, will power and dedication i think you will regain your 100% fitness.
