Late Period, Abnormal Bleeding. TVS Shows Pregnancy. No HCG In Blood Work. Headache, Weight Gain, Swollen Breasts

I had a late period and strange fresh bleeding. After the TVS said it could be 4w2d pregnancy with no hcg in blood work, the obgyn put me on duphaston for a month but after this month she said there was no pregnancy actually and the med should be discontinued. Now I am late on periods with headache, weight gain and grown breasts. Need to know what could be the side effects of hormonal med for no reason and what this confused diagnosis has done to me?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Having a visible gestational sac on an ultrasound scan with no detectable
HCG levels can happen due to a blighted ovum. You need to have a follow up scan after 2 weeks to see the progress of the sac.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
