Itchy Scrotum With A Watery Sperm
am 37yrs old married over a year.i itch on my scrotum seriously and my sperm appear watery. am 5ft 9inches(height)75kg(weight).I have not seen any Doctor concerning this issue

hi,thanks for query.You may have some skin disease.This area is having high moisture so fungal infection is common here.Please consult a doctor and you will be fine.Watery sperm has nothing to do with this.I think this could just could be misconception in your mind.Still worried you can go for semen examination to clear your doubts.

I doubt if it is something internal if the itching is only on your scrotum. It is most likely a type of "jock itch" without the rash of a fungal infection. In the summer, itching is very common due to sweating and moisture build-up. The skin gets irritated and itches. If you wear tight, jockey style underwear, but sure to get some "air time" for your scrotum during the evening or night. Wash the scrotum twice a day, but not too much soap. Dry it well, and then apply a moisturizing cream or lotion. I suspect your itching will go away with a new routine.

itching of scrotal skin may be due to fungal infection or Eczema or allregic reaction to soap
so you have to consult a dermatologist for it and find out the underlying condition
you may need antifungal drugs and some antihistaminics for it after detail evaluation by the doctor
