Itchy Feet, Small Bumps, Clear Liquid Discharge. Using Derman Antifungal Cream. Treatment Options?

hello dr., ok so I ve been having itchy feet with little itchy bumps and clear liquid comes out when I bust them. its has been a while that this started now my big toe nail got really hard and looks thicker each time also I have a bigger bump in between one of my other toes.. its getting annoying what could it be? What can help it get better?.. by the way I have being using Derman antifungal cream but doesn t seem to be helping

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You have developed an eczema,

Although fungal infection also present like this, but non response to anti fungals may indicate eczema.

Apply a mild steroid lotion like desonide,

Also take an antihistamine tablet.

This will give you some relief.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
