hello sir
I am anil from saudi. i have infection at testicals and inner thighs from few days. specially at night time more itching and that place getting black spots. now am using KENACOMB ointment but it was not working so please tell me the best ointment.

Hello Anil,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You are using an antifungal, steroid and antibiotic combination. Why don't you use a plain antifungal cream like 2% ketoconazole instead. Apply twice a day for 3 weeks. If it is still bad after a week of treatment it is better to show a dermatologist as it could be LSC or intertrigo which needs a different treatment. Keep the area dry. An antifungal dusting powder will help. Avoid excessive washing with hot water, or soap or dettol.
