Itching, Redness, Crackling Of Skin Around Panty Line, Worsened With Shaving. Detected Allergic To Metal. No Bumps. Suggestions?

Hi im a 24 year old female i have had itching around the panty line just gets red and itches crackling of skin and burns when water is running over it or i shave. Went to a doctor 3 years ago he says i was allergic to metal so i stopped wearing belts and things in that nature. Seems to be when i shave with my razor it gets worse. I have no bumps do not know what to do about this?
