The itching around your vagina is most likely due to infection if it has appeared two days later and was not present earlier. Please wash your genital area with warm water at least twice daily and keep it dry. You may wait a for a week to see if symptoms persist or increase in discomfort is noted. If yes, then consult your doctor and get yourself examined. You might also be required to get certain tests done and take necessary treatment. Significant vaginal itching never happens due to taking pill. Hope this helps
