General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are having heavy bleeding it is unlikely that you have conceived. It is most likely to be menstrual bleeding. The cycle can come early / late due to the recent discontinuation of Implanon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
