hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, sir, weight loss tablets causes heart problem, liver problem etc. why dont u go walk everyday 1 hour, use greeen tea twice a day, stop eating non veg, junk food and oil food. lately but without side effects u will get good results, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
