Is There Any Permanent Cure For Thyroid Problem?

I am having thyroid problem with elevated TSH only 10.50 and Anti bodies are positive. I am using thyronorm 75 mcg and is control. But the medicine causing physical exhaustion. CAn you suggest can i decrease the dosage or suggest some other medicine.Is there any permanent cure for thyroid.

I have gone carefully through your query.
By the result of the exams you mentioned your diagnosis is Hashimoto thyroiditis. It is an autoimmune and chronic disease. It means that your body produces some antibodies that destroy the thyroid gland and as a result it doesn't produce enough hormone. At this point you have to take the thyroid hormones orally.
If the result of the TSH you reported is under 75 mcg of thyronorm, it means that your dose is low and you have to increase it. You can take 100 mcg and after 6 weeks check the TSH.
There is no permamnt cure for Hashimoto thyroiditis.
