Hey...i had bhcg drawn my first was at 746 and doubled in 48 hours. But i had that done after they discovered a flat gestational sac. Its shaped like a banana. Any idea whats happening? They Didnt say much other then its too early ti see anything else

Flat gestational sac is not a good sign at all.Normally it should be regular and round in shape.
You need repeat G-sac after 10 days.
It is also important to look for fetal pole.
Further treatment plan depend upon follow up findings.
