Is There A Relation Between Malaria Recurrence And Stress?

I had malaria a few years ago and have been hospitalised twice with malarial symptoms. I have also had smaller/shorter bouts of symptoms.I'm wondering whether there is connection between malaria recurrence and stress as these smaller attacks of symptoms tend to occur during stressful periods. Is there a connection?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

There is no co-relation between malaria and stress. Malaria causes by mosquito and stress is psychological problem. Sometime, due to physical problem, due to lose of work, we feel stress. That may be the reason of those bout of symptoms in your case. You can try clonazapem on sos basis to avoid or suppress those symptoms.

Thanks
