Is The Pregnancy Normal Based On The Ultrasound Report?

my wife is 15w4d,foetal movement and cardiac activity is noted heart rated is 168bts/min,BDP-31MM,FL-18MM,placenta is seen developing along the anterior wall,grade 0 maturity,cervix is normal,cervical lengthis 3.7 cms,internal os is closed,loquor is adequate for gestational age,plz tell me if everything is ok,she is 39 yrs,4.9feet and had 2 miscarriages before one in 07 and other in 10 she got pregnant thru ivf.

Hello sir,I understand your concern.In my opinion the ultrasound report is normal for her gestational age.You need not worry.All parameters are appropriate.I advise good rest.Avoid physical and mental strain.Take prenatals.Cause of previous miscarriages like thyroid abnormalities or any other hormonal imbalance might be evaluated if not done earlier.You might need hormonal supplements like progesterone along with prenatals.Nothing to worry.
