Hi!,
Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,

You have not given any details of the dermatitis ...is it itchy, any oozing from the lesion, discoloration, your age, what all cream you have used till now,any other associated symptoms etc.
There are no cosmetic surgeries which can work in case of dermatitis(if at all it is).Plz don't get mis-leaded by any false hopes made by anybody.
regards,
Dr.chawda

I had major AC joint surgery a few years ago on my right shoulder . I tore all three ligaments completely. My movement is good and strength is pretty good although not near as strong as my left. I have started to lift weights again and I think I can get the strength back. However, my biggest concern is cosmetic. The repaired shoulder appears slouched and is nowhere near a broad as the left. Is there anything I can do or any procedures that can be done to fix this?

Hi Doctor..My name is Harshita and I am 27 years old. I reside in Bangalore and will be here till 31st July. I have a brown melasma kinda spot on my right cheek which I got due to application of my mom s old lipstick , when i was in class 3rd. since i used it as a blusher/ruse that time for some function and to wipe it off i used a rough cloth and rubbed it off rigorously ..the portion where i had applied lipstick turned red that time.but next day it turned slight brown as if i had a chemical reaction and my skin got burned slightly (like a sun burn) . since then We ( me n my parents) have consulted all sorts of doctor.. homeopathic. ayurvedic home, remedies. dermatologist , have gone through dermabarssaaion ( 5 sessions) chemical peels (7 sessions) but nothing happened .. Doctors say that it is a birth mark ..but i know it s not as it happened because of application of that old lipstick of my mom . currently I had one laser treatment on 6th pf May ( suggested by Dr. Sujaya Hedge in Bangalore) and the second treatment is due on 15th of July - fractional laser) NOw my worry is she suggested Q- switched NG yag laser but the machine which she used is fractional laser and i didn t see any change since i had my first treatment. I want to know if my spot can be treated using cosmetic surgery and that too 100% .. its not that visible at times but sometimes it is very visible especially in pictures . i want to get rid of it completely as i m getting married in NOvember .. Plz suggest me an appropriate treatment . i would really appreciate if it can go off my face permanently before my marriage without any scars. Thank a lot in advance for your time and valuable advice. I am looking for treatment in Bangalore before 31st of July if possible.

Just recovered from atopic, spongiatic abd perioral dermatitis outbreak over 2/3 or my body. Now have small red patches on neck below ears when I lay on a pillow. How can I treat this? Part of prevention of return of my dermatitis is moisturizing with cream. Is cream on creases of my neck below my ear causing the itchy redness?

Hello, I'm 50 years old. I have Crohn's disease since 1984. I keep it at bay since 1995 by being vegetarian and eating lactose free. (Parmesan cheese older than 30 months is advertised as being lactose free). Recently I have diagnosed myself as having Duhring's disease or Dermatitis Herpetiformis. It was confirmed by a young doctor in the E.R. room at the hospital. So now I'm eating vegetarian, lactose free, and Gluten free too. How long will it take for me to overcome the terrible-looking, itchy skin condition that I have from when I stopped eating Gluten? Thanks so much for your responses. Maurizio Pieroni YYYY@YYYY

My wife has had sores on her arms and legs for about 1 year. They're not painful unless she picks at them. When she does pick at them, there's a small, hard, round ball that comes off. Attached is a photo. Any ideas what this could be?
