Is Switching Diane 35 To Dronis 30 Will Be Good While Having PCOD?

Hi Doc, I ve been on Diane 35 for a year now. Stopped it 2 months back, but having severe pain now. I have PCOD and need to reduce weight. I am considering going back on Diane 35 or switch to Dronis 30. Which is better and is it ok for me to get back on the pill?

Hello,

You should continue taking dronis as prescribed by your doctor, moreover, you need to modify your lifestyle, avoid taking the junk and oily foods, drink plenty of fluids, exercise is must for you on a daily basis and brisk walk for at least 40 mins in the morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
