Hi, your thyroid tests are normal under 50 mcg levothyroxine. So your thyroid situation is stabilised. The FNAB results show that it is no reason to be worried for your goitre for the moment. If i were your treating doctor ,i will perform an thyroid ultrasound to see the thyroid structure and to identifie the cause of your gotre and your hypothyroidism. And then to give the conclusion of performing the thyroidectomy.Anyway if the gottre is huge or estheticly abnormal or cause problem with breathing ,i agree totaly for the definitive resolution with surgery.I Hope i have anwered to your question.
