Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or food intolerance or dysentery or irritable bowel syndrome.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Drink plenty of liquids, avoid lactose and gluten contain food. Use tablet Ofloxacin and metronidazole according to your body weight.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
