Is Sperm Count Of 31 Millions Normal?

could u please tell me whether my following semen analysis is normal
volume: 2.5ml
colour : opaque
liquefaction:within 45 mnts
ph : 8.0
m/e :numerous WBC
MOTILITY
quick ; 50%
sluggish: 30%
dead :20%
sperm count :31millions
MORPHOLOGY
giant head :02%
pin head :02%
swallen neck:01%
normal :95%
age :33
weight: 66kgs
height :166cms

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.

Infection is indicated by the presence of numerous WBC in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any WBC in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon sensitivity report.

Sperm count 31 millions is absolutely normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions /ml.

Other findings are also normal.Liquefaction time,colour,volume of semen are normal.
Motility and morphology are also normal.
