Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

I would suggest you to get HIV testing done. It will be very reassuring removing all the anxiety you have been facing.
From description given its less likely to be HIV. Possibility is stress and anxiety related which have affected bowel movements and also affected nutrition.

I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best Regards

General & Family Physician Dr. Bihle Nestor Mbinkar's  Response
Hi, thank you for writing to HCM. I think sore throat associated with white spots could mean more than one thing depending on the location of the white spots. If the white spots are located on tonsils, it could be acute rheumatic fever but if they are located elsewhere, it could be oral thrush. If oral thrush were to be considered here, its association with loose stool (especially persistent diarrhea) may have many risk factors with immune suppression being one of them. Your symptoms are not directly linked to HIV but but the virus could be a predisposing factor. In my opinion, I would suggest that you go for voluntary counseling and screening or you consult a doctor for proper assessment.
I hope I have answered your query
I wish you good health
