dear doctor i am 25yr old with 79 kg body weight and 5 4 height. now i am in 2nd month of my pregnancy and i am using ecosprin 325mg 12 tab per day that is 3tab at a time for four times. i am taking it for rheumatic fever i had a history of this at the age of 17 and i used penidure injection for five years at once in three weeks as the symptoms had recurred i am suggested to use tha ecosprin again and prnidure injection for weekly once. as i am pregnant now can i use such a heavy dose? please help me
