Is Snoring Because Of High Cholestrol Level?

Doctor serum triglycerides in lipid profile of male aged 36 is 325 in high range ,serum cholestrol is 231,ldl is 121 hdl 45, vldl 65 ,total cholestrol/hdl ratio is 5.13, ldl cholestrol/hdl ratio is 2.69 . what does this mean.Is snoring beacuse of this. Is there any health problem?

Hai,
there is no direct relationship between your high cholesterol ,triglycerides level with snoring.
snoring will occur commonly in obstructive sleep apnea,any airway obstruction and any abnormal positioning.
however your lipid profile shows abnormality.
triglycerides and cholesterol shows abnormal value.it is moderate risk to develop heart problems.
adding more fiber fruits and vegetables and avoiding fried and junk foods will help in reducing the triglycerides level.

reducing /avoiding high fat containing food(meat) is recommended
do physical exercise for 30 minutes every day.

kindly visit your physician to get further medication and management.
