Is Scrotal Sacs Swelling Related To Cancer ?

I used to have itching between my legs so i used some ointment ,is it the reason of my problem which i am facing ?My one testicle is bulging out and it is painful .Has it something to do with cancer or any skin problem i dont know and have not consulted the doctor yet ?I can feel some pain at the lower part of my syomach .What does all this indicate i want your advise ?

I have a query regarding a swelling at my testacles. One testacle has a bulging or swelling. Also i have a bit pain also. Is that cancer symptom. I fear it as a cancer. Sometimes i feel pain at my lower stomach. What might be the disease. I feel shy to consult a doctor on this matter. Also i have itching between my legs. I used an ointment to treat it. Is this problem due to that skin disease. Please advise.

Hi..  FIrst of all cancer of the testis is not painful.. Since you have pain it may not be because of cancer.. However the cause for the pain might be because of an infection or a stones in the urinary track and not because of skin disease.. Consume plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated. If you are planning to know what the cause and the complete treatment it is better you consult a doctor....

Swelling of the scrotal sac, containing the testicle, due to fluid collection - called hydrocele - is a common ailment. It is a treatable condition. Consult your nearest doctor without delay. If it is chronic then surgery may be needed. The itching in the skin is a different condition, probably a fungal infection. Your doctor should be able to advise regarding this.
