Is Pregnancy Safe While Having Hypothyroidism?

Hi am 32 yrs and mother of 5yrs daughter. Am planning to go for a second kid. Am now suffering with hypothyroidism 4.4 and am on medication of thyronom 82 mg. My husband is on a medication of losartan 50. Please confirm if it is safe to go for a second kid or will the baby have any complication.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

There should be absolutely no abnormalities in the child whether or not your thyroid levels are well controlled, but in order to support pregnancy and avoid any complications that can result in a miscarriage, you shpuld discuss with your doctor the best methods to reach a euthyroid state.
