Is Pregnancy Possible When Suffering From Irregular Periods?

Hello, I am 31 and came of the oral pill nine months ago and since then I have only had a period every 50 - 60 days. Last month around CD 41 I had light brown bleeding for 9 days and according to BBT (my first cycle of tracking this) I ovulated 15 days after the start of the brown bleeding and had what I assume was a menstual bleed 11 days after ovulation. My GP said this brown bleed was just a light period which would make my last cycle 26 days long if this was the case, however I am now on CD 41 and although I had fertile CM on days 15, 25 and 32, my BBT has not shown a shift (I had a bad cold CD 13-17 and have not had not had a good nights sleep the entire cycle!). My husband and I are TTC however I am worried that having such irregular periods is a bad sign. Can I still get pregnant naturally with such long cycles? They were not this long before I went on the pill (I was on it for nearly ten years). Thank you for any advice.
