Is Pregnancy A Cause Of High TSH Level?

Hi I am Divya. I used MTpill on 4th of July and got periods on 6th July. And now my TSH levels are high. TSH: 6.67 micro IU/mL. I did get my periods on 10th August, so I have had no problem with my periods after taking abortion pill. Is pregnancy a cause for high TSH? Please help I am worried.
