Is Playing Rugby Safe After A Heart Attack?

I'm 30yrs old and 6 weeks ago i had a m.i. heart attack. I have had one stent fitted. Before the heart attack i was considering joining a rugby team... I was wondering if, after a year and i felt alright, would i be able to start rugby or will i have to give the idea up permanently?
