Is Pantocid 40 Or Razo 20 Good For Duodenal Ulcer?

hi doctor,
15 days ago i had black stool but no obdoman pain. after check up endoscopy result duodenal ulcer (D1)5 & usg report fatty liver grade1,
doctor prescribe pantacid hp kit for 14 days & after that pantacid 40 empty stomach. but other doctor prescribe razo20. what medicine suitable for me?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you have been diagnosed as Duodenal ulcer of D1 both the medications are equally effective and there is no need to change over to Razo from Pantocid 40; continue as advised by your previous Doctor.
Also needed are the following treatments if you want cure.
Control of stress and anxiety is very important.
Soft bland diet in small frequent quantities.
Antacids when on empty stomach.
Review Endoscopy after three weeks to know the progress.
Any additional treatment as per the clinical evaluation and examination by your Gastroenterologist.
