Since you have been diagnosed as Duodenal ulcer of D1 both the medications are equally effective and there is no need to change over to Razo from Pantocid 40; continue as advised by your previous Doctor. Also needed are the following treatments if you want cure. Control of stress and anxiety is very important. Soft bland diet in small frequent quantities. Antacids when on empty stomach. Review Endoscopy after three weeks to know the progress. Any additional treatment as per the clinical evaluation and examination by your Gastroenterologist.
