Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. He takes several medications and has an implant. He saw the doctor 2 weeks ago, and the doctor said that he is stable. Tonight, he developed a sudden pain in the left side of his neck. He said the pain is severe. Is this somehow related to his cardiomyopathy? Is this an emergency? He does not have pain in his chest, but he has been coughing more than usuual today.
HI Well come to HCM The neck pain may not be due the cardiomyopathy but may be due to the poor posture but this could come around with Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen with Chlorzoxazone once in day, maintain the good posture, take care, (Comment:- Muscular pain have certain typical causes like injury, and uneven movements )
