Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I can understand your concern.
The results you reported are suggestive for under active thyroid or hypothyroidism.
In most of the cases it has an autoimmune origin and is confirmed by checking antiTPO antibodies.
It is a chronic disease and should be followed up regularly to be sure that you are taking the right dose.
Before trying to conceive you should check the TSH level. It should be within the normal ranges in order to have a healthy baby.
