Is Mucobron Forte Safe For Post Stroke Patients?

Hi im Andrhea from the Philippines..I would like to ask if mucobron forte safe for post stroke patients.I learned that this drug was pulled out from Canada.Im concerned with my mom taking this drug.She has hpn and post stroke patient.Thank you very much.

Mucobron forte is useful for treating cough and cold, rhinitis, sinusitis, etc.

It is very safe in patients with recent stroke.

It should be avoided in patients with coronary thrombosis (heart attack), glaucoma, asthma, hyperthyroidism and severe hypertension.
