Hello,

Ibuprofen, also known as Advil or Motrin, is safe to use in children at least six months of age and older. One dose of ibuprofen lasts approximately six to eight hours.

But I think you should take an appointment with your doctor because your child has fevers 6 days now. I think you should visit a doctor and make a blood test. with the right medication, your son will be better soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
